Ski Games

Ski games are the runs where you are on skis. Some of them are tall portrait slopes you hold a phone upright for: coins, trees, rocks, and an avalanche that punishes a slow line. Some are wide gate races, where the clock matters more than the scenery. A few are ski jumps, which are a different sport again: an inrun, a takeoff, a flight, and a landing. This page is that shelf. Sledding stays on the sledding page, because a sled is something you sit on. Snowboarding has its own page too. A holiday coat of paint does not move a game. Santa on skis is still skiing, so those rides are listed here and also on the Christmas page.

What belongs on the ski page

A game lands here when the sport is skiing or a downhill race we could not honestly call a sled or a snowboard. Slalom means gates and a time. Jumping means a ramp and a distance. An endless slope means you steer between hazards until you hit one or until an avalanche catches you. A level hill means you finish a course, then spend what you earned. Those are different jobs, and the game page says which one you are opening. If the title and the pictures show a single board, look at the snowboard page instead. If you are sitting on a sled, go back to sledding.

We kept downhill racers such as Downhill Chill and Xmas Downhill on this ski shelf when the listing describes a standing downhill run rather than a sled you sit on and rather than a snowboard by name. The game page says what the ride actually is. We would rather put a winter downhill next to skiing than pretend it is a sled.

Every game on this page is an official embed from GameDistribution, GameMonetize, or GamePix. We do not host the files, and we do not rewrite the player. Press play and their frame loads. Phones work when the distributor marked the game for them. A portrait frame wants the phone upright. A landscape frame wants it sideways. A few older builds never listed touch, and those pages say so and point at a mobile-friendly alternative.

Four kinds of ski game

The slope-king runs are the portrait family from Inlogic Software. Ski King is the earlier downhill: trees, rocks, icy snow, flags you must pass on the correct side, and upgrade points that change how the skis behave. Ski King 2022 adds coins, path arrows, a boost, and an avalanche. Ski King 2024 is the newer slope we already carried, with the same studio and a different hill. They are three embeds, not one game renamed three times. If you learn a line on one of them, do not expect the rocks to sit in the same places on the next.

Gate games want a clean line more than a brave one. GP Ski Slalom and Slalom Ski Simulator both send you around poles against a clock. Missing the pattern of a gate is the mistake, even if you never touch a tree. Enter a gate so the exit already aims at the next pair. A huge carve that clips a pole is slower than a dull turn that misses nothing. Stay on one track until you can call the gates before you see them.

Jumping is its own sport. Ski Jump and Ski Jump Challenge come from the same studio, Ringier Axel Springer Polska, and they are still two games. Ski Jump is the hill-and-takeoff game we listed first. Ski Jump Challenge is the career version: a jumper you improve, a long list of hills, and gear you spend winnings on. Timing the takeoff transfers between them. The menus do not. Practice one medium hill before you tour the set, and compare distances only on the same ramp.

The rest of the shelf is downhill in the ordinary sense. Ski Rush 3D is the 3D rush. Ski Rush, from Gameotoria on GameMonetize, is a different game in a nearly square frame: stay on the mountain, miss obstacles, pick up flags. Downhill Ski and Downhill Ski Pro are the obstacle descents. Impossible Ski and ZigZag Snow Ski are the sharp reflex hills. Skiing Fred and Crazy Snow Skier are closer to courses with a finish than to an endless corridor. Holiday skiing — Santa Ski, Ski Xmas, Avalanche Santa Ski Xmas, Downhill Christmas Dash, Web Ski Christmas — stays on this page because the skis are the sport, and on the Christmas page because of the season.

Phone, keyboard, and the first minute

Portrait games are built for a phone held upright, and they also play in the tall window on a desktop. Left and right are usually enough. Hold a direction for a wider drift, or tap it when the hill is already fast. On ice, let go earlier than you think, because the skis keep sliding after the input stops. Coins and flags that sit against a rock are a tax. Take the cluster that is already on your line.

Landscape gate races and jumps prefer a wide screen. A sideways phone works when the distributor listed phones. If the page says the build is happier on a desktop, believe it. The first minute of any of these games is a scouting pass. Notice where the ice is, which gate exits into a wall, and whether the avalanche is a clock or just scenery. Then retry the same hill. Hopping to a new track before the first one is readable makes every time feel random.

A good session is one hill, not the whole catalog. Pick Ski King if you want the original portrait slope, GP Ski Slalom if you want gates, or Ski Jump Challenge if you want a career of ramps. Leave the tab when the run stops being readable. Nothing on this page keeps a score on our server. The number you care about lives inside the distributor’s frame, and it resets when they say it resets. If two games share a studio, they still do not share a save, a hill, or a control diagram. Read the page you opened.

Ski games to open first

  • Ski King. The original Inlogic slope: flags, ice, and a short line down a portrait hill.
  • Ski King 2024. The newer portrait slope from the same studio, with coins and an avalanche.
  • GP Ski Slalom. Gates and a clock, if you want a course instead of an endless dodge.
  • Ski Jump Challenge. Career ski jumping across a long list of hills.
  • Ski Rush. A square-frame flag run. Not the same game as Ski Rush 3D.

Ski, snowboard, and sledding

This used to be one combined ski and snowboard category. The two sports were answering different searches, so the board games moved to the snowboard page and this URL is skiing only. The old combined address redirects here. If you wanted a board, open the snowboard page from the navigation. It carries the Inlogic board games, the wider board races, and the newer snowboard listings.

Sledding remains the front of the site. A sled game will not appear in this grid. If a ride you remember is missing, check the sledding page before you assume we dropped it. Christmas gathers the seasonal coat of paint from all three sports, without becoming a fourth sport of its own.

Nothing here needs an account. Press play, wait out any ad the distributor runs inside the frame, and leave the tab when you want. If you hold the rights to a game and want the page removed, the contact address is hello@sleddinggames.com. Name the page and say that you hold the rights.
