Downhill Ski Pro

Downhill Ski Pro is a GamePix ski game about customizing a skier and then racing an avalanche down a set of hills. Coins and a leaderboard are part of the listing’s pitch. We cannot see whether that board is global or local until you are inside the frame, so we do not promise a worldwide ranking. What we can say is how to approach the hill. The avalanche makes distance the real score. Custom colors do not move you faster. Buy or equip the thing that the game claims changes speed or control, and ignore the palette until the run is fun. GamePix serves the embed with a configurable sid, currently the test value. No developer is named. The frame is landscape. Phones are not explicitly flagged, and the orientation is landscape, so we do not call it mobile friendly. It is skiing, only. An avalanche game wants early lane choice and very few second thoughts. Every correction scrubs speed, and speed is the distance between you and the snow behind you. Play three runs with the default skier before you open the customize screen. If those runs end in the same kind of crash, a new hat will not fix it. A calmer line will.

How to play

  1. Start with the default skier and learn the hill.
  2. Choose lanes early and keep your speed.
  3. Collect coins that do not slow you down.
  4. Customize after you know which stat you actually lack.

Controls

Keyboard
Left and right in the landscape player.
Touch
Not marked as a phone game. A desktop keyboard is the reliable option.

Features

  • Default skier first, wardrobe second.
  • Corrections cost speed, and speed is how you beat the avalanche.
  • Treat any leaderboard inside the frame as theirs, not as our score system.
